One day, the son asks his father " Daddy, would you run the Ironman with me?"
The Ironman is the most difficult triathlon ever (4 kms swimming, 180 kms bikin, 42 km running?)
有一天，兒子問爸爸：「爸爸和我ㄧ起去參加鐵人競賽，好嗎？」
鐵人競賽是最困難的比賽，必須游泳 四公里 、腳踏車 180公里、跑步 42公里。

比過三項鐵人的人都能深深體悟到底有多累
就算是其中一項 都很偉大！
回想85年前後 阿里山區運後聚餐（火鍋）
光吃飯我就吃了八碗飯 能輕的儘量輕 能丟的就丟
六小時下來體重也少了四公斤
這僅僅是腳踏車一百多公里 如果還加上馬拉松跟長泳......
真是甜蜜的負擔阿
